Returns
Estro does not provide returns on any vintage items, such as furniture, lighting, objects etc. These items are sold as is and are final sale. Because of this please review the measurements and ask for additional information and photos as needed before purchasing. Vintage items show signs of wear and tear being consistent with age and use, we'll include a condition note with each product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Due to the size of the pieces, once an order has been fulfilled, packaged up and left the warehouse we cannot cancel an order at this point.
For any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), we cannot accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@estronewyork.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues

We use third party shippers to provide delivery services nationwide, they are not employees or contractors of Estro, therefore we are not responsible for any damages caused in transit. Once an item has left the Estro warehouse location it is no longer our property.
