Shipping
Through our network of third party shippers we are able to ship items nationwide. Please note prices of products listed online do not include shipping /delivery costs unless otherwise specified.
If you are ordering oversized items online, please contact us at hello@estronewyork.com with the item name and website link to the product you wish to ship and the destination of the product, to receive a customized shipping quote before you purchase.
NYC delivery: Local delivery charges with a third party can be arranged. Please email for delivery quotes and for help coordinating delivery.
Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping companies and we can not control shipping rates. We can ship large items via Fedex, UPS and other white glove delivery services. Any lost packages and/or damages due to shipping are not the responsibility of Estro though please contact us within 48 hours after a shipment is delivered with evidence and photos to help facilitate a courier claim.
Please note the shippers are third party shippers, not employees or contractors of Estro. Estro can help facilitate the service, but the third party shippers are providing the service to you the customer. Once the items leave the Estro warehouse they are no longer in our possession and we cannot be responsible for any damage caused during the shipment period or on delivery.
Pickup
Buyers who choose to pick up their items from us must contact us to arrange pickup within one week of purchase. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee and specified time.
When/if purchases are not picked up or shipping is not arranged within a month or by the agreed upon extention period, it will be considered abandoned property and donated unless otherwise arranged by the buyer.
We do not wrap or package oversized furniture. Please bring help if you choose to pick up oversized furniture. We cannot load any purchases into your vehicle or assist with loading outside of the store.
