Pair of Bruno Mathsson Easy 'Eva' Chairs in Leather, Sweden c. 1968

Designed by Bruno Mathsson, this pair of Eva Easy armchairs was produced by Firma Karl Mathsson in Sweden, and this exact chair made in 1968 (per the label). The wooden frame is made up of layered beech and birch, paired with original braided leather upholstery. The Eva model is celebrated for its ergonomic form and light, expressive construction, exemplifying Mathsson’s contribution to Swedish modern design. Branded manufacturers mark and date to the frame.

Set includes two armchairs.

Dimensions: 33″ H × 22″ W × 27″ D

Condition: Wear consistent with age and use. Patina to leather with surface wear present, one has significantly more patina than the other (view photos). Structurally sound.
